This Privacy Policy explains how AdamC ("we", "us", "our"), operating as DaggyMakesGames, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our games, websites, and Discord bots (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.

01Data we collect

To provide gameplay features, our Discord bots may collect and store a limited set of data provided by Discord's API. Depending on the bot, this can include:

• Discord identifiers — your user ID, username, and the server (guild) and channel IDs where the bot is used.
• Gameplay data — game progress, scores, in-game state, settings, and preferences tied to your user ID.
• Command inputs — the commands and any arguments you send to the bot to interact with it.
• Operational logs — limited technical logs (e.g., errors and timestamps) used to keep the Services running.

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or — unless explicitly stated for a specific bot below — the content of messages that are not directed at the bot.

02What each bot collects

Different bots collect different data. This section is the authoritative list and is updated as bots are added or changed.

To run the idle game, identify players, persist your progress and upgrades between sessions, maintain the seasonal leaderboard, and process your in-game actions.

03How we use data

We use the data we collect to:

• Operate, provide, and maintain the Services and their gameplay features.
• Save and restore your game progress, settings, and preferences.
• Diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve performance and reliability.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

04Legal basis

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Services you choose to use, and on your consent, which you give by adding or interacting with the bot.

05Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share data only:

• With infrastructure/hosting providers that run the Services on our behalf.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Services.
• As part of a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), subject to this policy.

06Data retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Services. Gameplay data is kept while you actively use the relevant bot. If a bot is removed from a server, or after a prolonged period of inactivity, associated data may be deleted. You may request deletion at any time (see Your rights).

07Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we store. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights — including requesting deletion of your gameplay data — contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You can also stop all data collection by ceasing to use a bot, or (for server admins) removing the bot from your server.

09Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), consistent with Discord's minimum-age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10Third-party services

Our Services run on Discord and may rely on third-party hosting and infrastructure providers. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be announced through our Services or community channels. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
