These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the games, websites, Discord bots, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by AdamC ("we", "us", "our"), operating as DaggyMakesGames. By installing, accessing, or using any of the Services — including adding our Discord bots to a server — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

01Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services, consistent with Discord's own minimum-age requirement. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement.

02Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users through our Services.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to abuse rate limits, game economies, or features in a way they are not intended.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.

03Discord bots & Discord's terms

Some Services are Discord bots/applications. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Server administrators who add our bot are responsible for informing their members that the bot is in use and for complying with Discord's policies.

04Accounts & server data

To provide gameplay features, our bots may store data tied to your Discord user ID and the servers where the bot operates (for example, game progress and settings). See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is collected and how it is used. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your Discord account when interacting with the Services.

05Intellectual property

All games, code, artwork, names, logos, and content that make up the Services are owned by AdamC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

06User content

If the Services let you submit content (for example, in-game names, messages, or commands), you retain ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms or anyone's rights.

07Availability & changes

The Services are provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or unavailability of the Services.

08Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdamC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months or USD $50.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time; server administrators may remove our bots from their servers at any time.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Alberta, Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be announced through our Services or community channels. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
